The Sony a7R IV is a high-resolution full-frame camera for landscape, studio, architecture and wildlife photographers who need detail to crop or print large. Its three key points are a 61 MP sensor, 5-axis in-body stabilisation rated at 5.5 stops, and 567 phase-detection autofocus points that cover most of the frame. It shoots at up to 10 fps, records 4K at up to 30p and is rated for about 670 shots per charge, in a 665 g body. Compared with the later a7R V, it has the same resolution but less rated stabilisation (5.5 against 8 stops) and no 8K video.
